April 2012 - December 2013 | Goderich, OntarioTodd Letts worked with community and business leaders to develop and implement a community economic revitalization plan following a devastating tornado. Within the first year, post-tornado, 90% of businesses re-opened. Over a dozen new downtown businesses were established and more than $23 million in building permits were issued. Capacity building efforts were recognized internationally and upon completion of the project, Goderich's town square won the people's choice award for the Great Places in Canada contest.
